SCREEN PRINTING BODY, SCREEN PRINTING METHOD AND PLASMA DISPLAY SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a screen printing body formed with a specified pattern in which blur is suppressed by setting blur of pattern at a specified level or below thereby performing stabilized printing while touching the protrusion on a screen plate to a substrate. SOLUTION: The plate making frame of a screen plate 5 is squeeged while being pressed against a frame 6 by a roller interlocked with a squeegee 4 and the screen plate 5 touches a substrate 1 directly under the squeegee 4. In front and rear thereof, they are kept in separated state and printing is performed while keeping a constant contact angle between the screen plate 5 and the substrate 1. Consequently, blur can be suppressed to 10 μm or less for the address electrode 13 of substrate for plasma display formed by screen printing and dimensional difference of pattern can be confined within 30 ppm.
