PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To softly and surely hold a rubber hose over a wide range by a method wherein a rubber holding part is provided along the inner periphery of a main body, in which a rubber hose is inserted, so as to project and keep away the outer periphery of the rubber hose towards and from the portion of the holding part through the pouring or the extraction of a driving fluid in and from the holding part. SOLUTION: In a main body 13, a near circular columnar interior space 25, to the longitudinal direction of which a rubber hose can be inserted, is provided. A holding part 15 is made of soft rubber and mounted along the whole periphery of the inner periphery 14 of a main body 13 so as to cover a recessed part 13a. An airtight space between the holding part and the inner wall of the main body 13 acts as a driving part, which is formed along the whole periphery of the inner periphery 14. In addition, the driving part 17 communicates through a conduit part 17 with a compressed air line 29. By opening and closing an on-off valve 31 and a dumping valve 33 provided along the compressed air line 29, a compressed air is so constituted as to be introduced in the driving part 17 in order to project the holding part 15 towards the outer periphery of the rubber hose or discharged from the driving part in order to keep away the holding part 15 from the outer periphery of the rubber hose. |
