PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating capable of simply producing an anion forming article handily by only coating a surface of the article with the coating compounded with tourmaline powder having a specific particle size and a dispersing agent to a synthetic resin coating allowing the article to form anion. SOLUTION: The coating is obtained by compounding (A) tourmaline powder having a particle size of 0.5 to 50μm, preferably 1.2 to 20μm and (B) the dispersing agent to the synthetic resin coating (e.g.; nitrocellulose lacquer, aminoalkyd resin coatings or the like). This coating preferably includes 1 to 6 of the constituent (A) and 0.1 to 5 of (B) in weight ratio based on the resin constituent (solid content) of the synthetic coating. The constituent (B) can be selected from a cation type, anion type, nonion type and/or amphoteric type dispersing agents. This coating is preferably obtained by mixing the constituent (A) with the synthetic resin coating including constituent (B) using ball-mill or the like, in a method rubbing the resin coating to the constituent (A) under pressure.
