PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic safety tire to suppress growth of fracture and a crack of rubber of the inner surface of a tire during running and especially flat running and have excellent durability. SOLUTION: A tire 1 comprises a pair of right and left annular bead cores; a carcass layer 2 consisting of a layer where a plurality of parallel cords are embedded in covering rubber; an annular tread part 6 arranged on the outer side in the radial direction of a tire of a carcass part; and a pair of side wall parts 7a and 7b arranged at the right and the left of the tread part 6. In the so formed tire, reinforcement layers 10a and 10b in a new moon shape in cross section are disposed on the inner surface of the carcass ply of side wall parts 7a and 7b. Further, reinforcing layers 8a and 8b integrally formed that canvass formed of an organic fiber material treated by an adhesive adhering a surface to rubber the inner side thereof is covered with rubber are disposed on the inner side thereof. |
