PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe having a sub-die structure to improve an acoustic characteristic of vibrators by performing cut work between the vibrators by prearranging a slender hole or a slit in a conductor pattern of the connecting conductor part joined to vibrator electrodes, an ultrasonograph having the ultrasonic probe and a manufacturing method of the ultrasonic probe. SOLUTION: Vibrator electrodes 5, 5' are formed in vibrators 4a, and the connecting conductor part 20 joined to the vibrator electrode 5 is provided with a channel pattern 6a to electrically insulate the mutual respective vibrators 4a and a conductor pattern 6 being used to form a sub-die structure and having a slender hole 6b positioned in the cut work part between the vibrators 4a. An acoustic matching layer 7 and an acoustic lens 8 are arranged on the ultrasonic wave radiating surface side of the vibrators 4a and a backing material 9 on the opposite side of the ultrasonic wave radiating surface of the vibrators 4a, respectively. |
