<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to automatize the set-up work in an extrusion molding equipment and to realize the efficient work. SOLUTION: This method is the automatic running method of the set-up work of a screw construction extrusion molding equipment including the starting and stopping of the extrusion molding equipment and the exchanging work of resins and, in addition, includes the following operations. Concretely, a resin usage signal 6 on the resin used in the extrusion molding equipment 1 is given to a monitoring and setting device 7 and an actually measured heater temperature value signal 9 on the heater in the extrusion molding equipment 1 is given to the monitoring and setting device 7. By comparing the resin usage signal 6 with the data of the amount of resin stored in advance, the stable state of a molding resin discharged from the extrusion molding equipment 1 at molding is judged and/or the resin changing state of the molding resin discharged from the extrusion molding equipment 1 at the changing of resins is judged. The respective satisfied states are recognized. Further, the monitoring and setting device 7 calculates a screw driving motor rotational frequency signal 12 and a heater temperature setting signal 10 for the transferring to the following process after the recognition of the respective satisfied states in order to give the respective obtained signals to the extrusion molding equipment 1.</p> |
