<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate bulging part generated at the time of connecting a welder by forming a part of a stopper of a mold having a heater body of a glass fiber-reinforced phenol resin, and adjustably moving its position, thereby facilitating the connection. SOLUTION: This mold comprises a stopper (k) for preventing a melted resin from being extended externally of a connecting part at the time of forming a welder at the heater body (e) and its side face. The stopper (k) may be fixed or more preferably is simply and generally formed in a structure adjustable at its position so that a long hole is stopped with an engaging screw. In order to eliminate application of a more than necessary pressure to film materials m1 and m2 at the time of connecting, the stopper of the mold is altered at an extended length S of the stopper from the surface for the film material to the thickness (t) of the film material so that its clearanceΔt may be adjusted. A material of the stopper (k) is preferably a glass fiber-reinforced phenol resin.</p> |
