摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure moderate fluidity and setting property while maintaining quick-hardening property and to improve the exhibition of strength by incorporating a calcined body contg. calcium chloroaluminate, calcium fluoroaluminate or calcium aluminate and calcium silicate and gypsum. SOLUTION: A clinker obtd. by calcining ashes produced by incinerating municipal garbage or sewage sludge at 1,200-1,500 deg.C is comminuted and 100 pts.wt. of the calcined body contg. 10-40 wt.% one or more selected from calcium chloroaluminate, calcium fluoroaluminate and calcium aluminate and calcium silicate is optionally blended with 1-30 pts.wt. gypsum to obtain the objective hydraulic cement compsn. having 1,500-3,000 cm<2> /g, preferably 2,000-2,500 cm<2> /g Blaine specific surface area. The gradient of the particle size distribution of the compsn. obtd. by revolving 15μm residue value and 30μm residue value measured with an air jet sieve in accordance with the Rosin- Rammlar equation is >=1.20.</p>
