PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus wherewith a packaging container can be filled with milk or the like under the clean state, and an easy cleaning of the apparatus can be performed. SOLUTION: In an apparatus wherewith a packaging container 10 is filled with fluid products at a clean room 9 having, under the state of low bacteria level, a product line 26, a filling valve 11 and a filling pipe 8 projecting into the clean room, a sleeve pipe 28 equipped with an inflow port for dry and low bacteria level air and provided coaxially at a distance with the filling pipe 8 at an air intake port area of an air intake port 15 at the surface 14 of the top of the clean room 9 is arranged in order to eliminate dew condensation at the filling pipe to the packaging container 10 and furthermore to execute desirably cleaning of the apparatus with a simple work of fabrication, and devices 2-7 for producing and supplying dry and low bacteria level air are provided. |
