<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the materials from sinking on casting with increased workability and keep the physical properties of half-flexible pavements good after casting by using cement, powdery calcium carbonate, a re-emulsifiable powdery resin and a water-reducing agent. SOLUTION: This invention is not limited by the kinds of cements, but an Irwin cement is preferably used for the quick-acting purposes and the portion of the Irwin cement is formulated to 10-100 pts.wt. in 100 pts.wt. of the cement. The re-emulsifiable powdery resin is a vinyl acetate resin or the like and its amount is preferably 0.1-10 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the cement. An amino- sulfonic acid, naphthalene or polycarboxylic acid can be used as a water- reducing agent and its amount is preferably 0.05-3 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the cement. Finally, the amount of calcium carbonate powder is preferably 10-100 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the cement.</p> |
