PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for leading and guiding visually handicapped people by inputting/outputting speech which can easily be used and safely precisely lead and guide the visually handicapped person in the station precincts or the like having platforms, where cars approach, and passages. SOLUTION: The guidance system for visually handicapped people by inputting/outputting speech comprises a portable terminal device 1 for a visually handicapped person, which has a voice recognition unit for recognizing a voice, a processing device 4 with a navigation function searching a destination in accordance with information from the voice recognition unit, a notification means for notifying the destination searched from the processing device 4, and a receiver, a leading stick 10 having a tag reader 11 and a transmitter 12, and tags 20, 30, 40 memorizing position information disposed at predetermined positions to the destination searched from the processing device 4. |
