PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certificate having noncontact type IC stuck thereon which enhances hidden properties of the contents of certification and is impossible to alter and which can be issued in one sheet even in the case of a plurality of certificates being required, on the occasion when it is acquired from at least one institution. SOLUTION: In a certificate 1 having on the surface an indicating part wherein a name of each sort of certificate, a name 2 of a person to be certified, certification content titles 3 and 4, etc., are entered, an antenna part 7 transmitting and receiving data in a noncontact mode and an IC circuit 8 having an information storage part are formed in such a manner that they are contained in a certificate base sheet or that a label prepared by containing them in a base sheet separate from the certificate 1 is stuck on the certificate 1. |
