摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a transfer sheet at a high layer thickness precision by a method wherein on a protective layer comprising an organic component which can be removed by baking, being peelably provided on a base film, a transfer layer containing an inorganic component including at least glass frit, and an organic component which can be removed by baking, is formed. SOLUTION: A base film 2 is formed of a polyethylene film or the like which is stable for an ink composition, has flexibility, of which the thickness is 4-400 μm, and wherein a uniaxial or biaxial drawing or the like is applied. Also, a protective layer 3 is formed of an ink composition containing 30-100 wt.% of polyvinyl alcohol or the like as an organic component, and the thickness is set at 0.1-10 μm, and is apply-dry-formed by a direct gravure coating method or the like. In addition, a transfer layer 4 is apply-dry-formed by the same method in such a manner that 30 pts.wt. or lower of an inorganic powder of which the average particle diameter is 0.1-10 μm such as aluminum oxide, and a thermoplastic resin such as methyl acrylate are contained based on 100 pts.wt. of the glass frit of which the major component is Bi2 O3 or the like having an average particle diameter of 0.1-10 μm.
