PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an air bag door part from being scattered in the case where the air bag door part and a trim member proper of an instrument panel body or the like are integrally molded by the same hard resin material. SOLUTION: An instrument panel base material 14 and a door base material 24 are integrally molded by a hard resin material. In this case, a door hinge part 40 in the door base material 24 is approximately tubular, and a hollow part 42 is formed in the axial center part. Accordingly, when an air bag door part 10 is developed, the form of the hollow part 42 is deformed, whereby it is easily deformed. Therefore, such an event as the door hinge part 40 is ruptured, to scatter the air bag door part 10 is prevented from occurring. |
