PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a required quantity of oil passing through a communication passage and suppress increase of the outline of a tilt-lock device so as to compactify the tilt-lock device further. SOLUTION: A tilt-lock device 10 is constructed of a cylinder 13, a piston 14, a piston rod 16 extended downward from the piston 14, and a pressure accumulation chamber S3 arranged integrally in the cylinder 13 while surrounding the cylinder 13 and accumulating gas and working fluid. A piston rod side chamber S2 is formed below the piston 14, while a counter-piston rod side chamber S1 is formed above the piston 14. In the piston 14, a first valve 27, which is opened when a pressure inside the piston rod side chamber S2 exceeds a set value, is arranged. Along the outer circumference of the cylinder 13, a communication passage 21 connecting the piston rod side chamber S2 and the counter-piston rod side chamber S1 together is arranged, while the communication passage 21 is divided into an upper communication passage 21a and a lower communication passage 21b, and a second valve 24 operable from the outside is arranged in the lower communication passage 21b. |
