PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively irradiate the diseased part located at a deep part with laser beams while easily and surely preventing the damage of normal tissues. SOLUTION: A laser radiating device 1 is a side radiation type laser radiating device for irradiating the viable tissue with the laser beams having deep living body reachable property and has a long sheath 2, optical fiber 31 installed in a working lumen 21 of the sheath 2, a reflector 32, a beam splitter 34 and rod-shaped guide members 321 and 341. The reflector 32 and the beam splitter 34 are installed so as to freely turn. When the reflector 32 and the beam splitter 34 are turned by moving the guide members 321 and 341, the emission direction of laser beams emitted from them is changed and the position concentrating (converging) the laser beams, namely, a target position 5 is moved. |
