PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quick-hardening property, low shrinkability and dimensional stability by incorporating a calcined body of ashes produced by incinerating municipal garbage and/or sewage sludge and gypsum. SOLUTION: Ashes produced by incinerating municipal garbage and/or sewage sludge are calcined at 1,200-1,500 deg.C to obtain a calcined body contg. 10-40 wt.% C11 A7 .CaCl2 and C2 S and/or C3 S and 100 pts.wt. of the calcined body is blended with 1-30 pts.wt. gypsum, 0.1-3.0 wt.% inorg. or org. retarder, an aggregate, water, a continuous fibrous material and, optionally, a chemical admixture such as a high performance water-reducing agent to obtain the objective continuous fiber reinforced concrete. The effective utilization of the waste and re-conversion into resources can be promoted and the use of a variously restricted ecology cement inapplicable to a mortar-concrete product contg. reinforcing bars can be extended.
|
