PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the indication of a destination floor by a visual handicapped person. SOLUTION: A device is provided with an upper floor input button 9 for inputting the destination floor upper than the reference floor with the number of pushes, a lower floor input button 10 for inputting the destination floor lower than the reference floor with the number of pushes, a confirming button 11 to be pushed so as to register the input destination floor, an electronic buzzer 13 to be driven so as to inform the registered destination floor with the sound, and a control unit 12 for outputting the command for registering the destination floor to a car control board 14 when the signal from the upper floor input button or the lower floor input button and the signal from the confirming button are input and for outputting the driving signal to the electronic buzzer so as to inform the registered destination floor with the sound.
