CONTINUOUS PRODUCING DEVIDE OF MICROSPHERE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously produce microspheres, while driving forces are reduced as far as possible. SOLUTION: A dispersed phase (O) which is fed into a dispersed phase chamber 27 inside partition members 26 through a feed port 23 flows into a gap 31 between a plate 22 and a substrate 25 through a feed port 29 of the substrate 25. The dispersion phase (O) in the gap 31 is passed through a micro-channel 33 by the pressure of a pressurizing means such as pump, where the dispersion phase is turned to particles each having a certain diameter and flows into a continuous phase (W), whereby microspheres are formed. The microspheres formed rise by themselves through the phase (W) according to the specific gravity thereof so as to be taken out from a takeout port 32.
