PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconfigure an image at high speed, and easily provide a reconfiguration algorithm for giving an allowable image quality by including an image reconfiguration system adapted to create spiral weight according to a distance function. SOLUTION: A command and a parameter supplied by an operator are used by a calculator 36 to supply a control signal and information to DAS 32, an X-ray control device 28 and a gantry motor control device 30. In addition, the calculator 36 operates a table motor control device 44, and the table motor control device 44 controls a motor type table 46 to position a patient in the gantry 12. A well-known 2πspiral reconfiguration algorithm is generally classified into a spiral extrapolation or spiral interpolation algorithm. These algorithms typically apply a weight factor to a projection data for reconfiguring an image. The weight factor generally depends both on a fan angle and a view angle.
