<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless control device for vehicles which reduces consumption of the internal electric source of a portable instrument and can use the internal electric source for a long time without replacing it. SOLUTION: This wireless control device is constituted of a control device body equipped in a vehicle side and a portable instrument that a driver carries. The portable instrument is provided with a start signal receive means 16 receiving a start signal from a vehicle, a communication signal transmission means 38 to transmit a communication signal to the vehicle, a control means, 26 to control the communication signal transmission means 38, and an actuation electric power changeover means 24 to chose a signal electric power actuation mode actuating with an electric power by a starting signal or an electric source actuation mode actuating by an internal electric source 30. The portable instrument is kept in the signal electric power actuation mode while it is not actuated and actuated after it has received a start signal and exchanged over to the electric power actuation mode.</p> |
