PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press molding device which is designed for saving an energy consumption. SOLUTION: A frame 5 interposed between a pressure receiving member 2 provided on a molding device body 1 and a pressurizing member 3 installed, in a freely ascendable manner, with the pressure receiving member 2, is stored in an internally vacuumized enclosure 6 and a material in the frame 5 is press- molded. Further, this pressurizing member 3 is moved to the pressure receiving member side by a vacuum pressure inside the enclosure 6. Following this movement, the piston 4a of a piston cylinder 4 for clamping a mold is moved to fill a hydraulic chamber 4b with a hydraulic pressure through a prefilling valve 9. In addition, the pressurizing member 3 is moved to the pressure receiving member 2 side by a vacuum pressure and the frame 5 is clamped by pressing the pressurizing member 3 by the vacuum pressure and a pressure loading by the piston 4a. Thus the material inside the frame 5 is press-molded. |
