PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition excellent in biting property, free from mold deposit and release of the surface, having good appearance, excellent in sliding characteristics of the molded products and useful for sliding members of bearing, etc., of automobile parts by including a thermoplastic resin, a solubilizing agent and silicone gum, etc. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin such as polyacetal, (B) 0.5-20 pts.wt. solubilizing agent such as styrene- based thermoplastic elastomer modified with maleic anhydride and (C) 0.1=10 pts.wt. silicone gum, preferably having >=5,000,000 cSt viscosity at ordinary temperature and having no crosslinking structure between molecules or 0.1-10 pts.wt. silicone rubber, preferably having 0.1-30μm particle diameter, partially having crosslinking structure. The composition is useful for molding a sliding member of cam, gear, sliding plate, etc., for electrical and electronic products, etc.
