PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension control device capable of providing favourable riding comfortability by properly carrying out motional restraint of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A controller 11 computes a controlled variable of an actuator 10 by giving priority toαlateral acceleration differential valueΔαout of lateral acceleration a and the lateral acceleration differential valueΔαwhen the lateral acceleration differential valueΔαexceeds a lateral acceleration differential value range. Immediately after roll starting and immediately after roll ending, it is possible to carry out computation of the controlled variable of the actuator 10 by giving priority to the lateral acceleration differential valueΔα, and consequently, it is possible to restrain giving unnaturalness and a sense of incongruity to an occupant immediately after roll starting and immediately after roll ending in comparison with conventional technology to compute the controlled variable of the actuator 10 by an added value of the controlled variable based on the lateral accelerationαand the controleld variable based on the lateral acceleration differential valueΔα.
