PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make only the area of a table you want to show close to show without increasing memory capacity by showing a table which performs return display processing of the data a row or column area that is undergone non-display processing to table data when an inputting part designates return display processing of the data of a row or column area that is undergone non-display processing. SOLUTION: Table data which performs non-display of only the rows or columns of an object is shown on a display screen of a displaying part 2. When a row and column selecting part selects a row or a column which performs return display processing of the display data that is undergone non-display, a buffering part 39, a column non-display data part 40 and a row non-display data part 41 process the table data of the selected row or column according to programs of height/width detecting part and a row and column height/width changing part and outputs it to a display controlling part 23. The part 23 returns the return table data of a row or a column of the object to the position of the original table data and shows it on the display screen of the part 2. This shortens the time when a changed table is shown again without increasing memory capacity.
