<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean and recycle intake water at low cost and in safety to a large amount and high quality of water by removing impurities such as ozone- oxidized products and the like by adjustment of dissolved oxygen in the water, backwash cleaning action, and buoyancy and the like of air bubbles by the minute air bubbles from a gas-liquid mixing apparatus. SOLUTION: Air in the atmosphere is supplied to a gas-liquid mixing apparatus 2 and mixed with intake water and agitated to produce minute air bubbles. The minute air bubbles are allowed to be rotated and diffused effectively to a vortex state by double diffusion-layers in a tank, thereby improving deaeration capacity, cleaning a mass of water in a short time with less energy, and producing high quality of water efficiently.</p> |
