PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep hygienic by coating components and a surface where stagnating water remains with a photo-semiconductor catalyst. SOLUTION: A guide rail in a highly hygienic zone is coated with a photo- semiconductor catalyst. In addition, the photo-semiconductor catalyst is applied to regions where microorganisms might be likely to grow such as an intersection of a bearing base and a table surface 44, an intersection of a filling frame and the table surface 44, an intersection of a lifter and the table surface 44, an intersection of a main driver and the table surface. The photo-semiconductor catalyst is activated as exposed to water and visible light or ultraviolet light during operation. Activation occurs during a normal cleaning process using sterilized water or tap water after high pressure cleaning solution is used. Activation of a photo-semiconductor catalyst disinfection means can extinct the microorganisms growing in a reservoir of stagnating water or other regions where the microorganisms might be likely to grow. |
