PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substitute for chlorofluorocarbon and hydrochlorofluorocarbon exerting minimum influence on the global environment and having high performance as a cleaning solvent, a heat-transmission medium, etc. SOLUTION: This azeotropic or pseudo-azeotropic composition is composed of 38-92 wt.% of HFE-347mcc and 62-8 wt.% of HFE-254pc wherein HFE-347mcc is CF3 CF2 CF2 OCH3 (perfluoropropyl methyl ether) and HFE-254pc is CHF2 CF2 OCH3 (1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl methyl ether) defined as the code of hydrofluoroethers.
