PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable tape with excellent degradability, moldability and mechanical properties, and a packaging and packing tape and a self-adhesive tape using the same. SOLUTION: The biodegradable tape is obtained by adding 10-50 pts.wt. of talc to 100 pts.wt. of a biodegradable resin comprising 10-60 wt.% ofε- caprolactone, 90-40 wt.% of an aliphatic polyester such as a succinic acid-1,4- butanediol polyester, a succinic acid-ethylene glycol polyester, a succinic acid/ adipic acid-1,4-butanediol copolyester or the like and kneading, extruding and stretching the resultant mixture.
