PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion type water-soluble plunger tip lubricant composition which can be uniformly supplied and applied on the outer peripheral surface of a plunger tip or the like. SOLUTION: The lubricant composition contains 10-50 pts.wt. silicone oil based on 100 pts. composition. It is preferred that the content of the silicone oil is particularly 10-40 pts.wt., especially 15-30 pts.wt. As the silicone oil is particularly preferred an alkyl-modified silicone oil having a degree of modification with a 10-16C alkyl group of 80-100%, espcially not less than 85%. It is preferred that the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group is particularly 10-14, especially 12. Also, the viscosity at 25 deg.C of the silicone oil is preferably 500-4,000 mPa.s. It is preferred the this viscosity is particularly 500-2,500 mPa.s, especially 800-2,000 mPa.s. |
