PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fixing an article to be fixed, capable of easily peeling off the fixed article in a relatively short time without damaging the article, when the article is fixed through an organic adhesive and subsequently peeled off, by disposing a diamond-like carbon film to the surface of the article before the fixation. SOLUTION: This method for fixing an article to be fixed comprises forming a diamond-like carbon film on the surface of the article, fixing the article to a support through an adhesive, preferably processing the fixed article, and subsequently peeling off the article. The carbon film has a basic composition of the formula: CHx Siy Oz Nv Fw [(x), (y), (z), (v) and (w) exhibit each a molar ratio, wherein 0.05<=(x)<=0.7; 0<=(y)<=3.0; 0<=(z)<=1.0; 0<=(v)<=1.0 and 0<=(w)<=0.2]. The article to be fixed preferably comprises a metal material. The adhesive preferably comprises an instantaneous adhesive or a thermosetting resin adhesive containing an epoxy resin. |
