摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To obtain a high-strength open-cell lightweight solidified material contg. a latent hydraulic grain and with the variation of strength reduced by forming a solidified material coated with a film contg. tobermorite finer than that in a matrix on the surface of a latent hydraulic grain. CONSTITUTION: This lightweight solidified material consists of a latent hydraulic grain and tobermorite and contains a coating film to be formed on the surface of the grain contg. a first tobermorite and a second tobermorite to be formed between the grains. Meanwhile, the grains are bonded to each other through the coating film, and most of the cells formed between the grains are open. Further, the first tobermorite is finer than the second tobermorite. Such a lightweight solidified material is obtained, for example, by curing a mixture of the coal ash, Ca(OH)2 , foaming agent and water at >=90% humidity and 60-70 deg.C and then curing the mixture at 180 deg.C in an autoclave.</p>
