<p>PURPOSE:To control the transmitted/.received chart data for each user and in the time and compiling sequences and in a process where plural users repeat the transmission/reception of the chart data by identifying the editing step of each user to each graphic element contained in the transmitted/received chart data. CONSTITUTION:The chart data are received as an electronic mail from another mail system 100 via a network 106. Then the editing step identification numbers and the graphic element identification numbers are taken out for all graphic elements contained in the received chart data. The graphic elements of the same editing identification numbers or the same graphic element identification numbers are sorted and stored. Then the editing step identification numbers are arranged by the editing execution dates and based on the old and new time sequences of the chart data. Here, a user selects the display for a chart of a specific editing step out of a menu by means of a mouse 105 and points the selected display to the system 100. Thus all drawings of editing steps under display are erased out of a screen. Then all graphics of the editing step identification numbers designated by the user are displayed.</p> |
