FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing bearing teeth and fastening intermediate parts of dental bridge prosthesis on the bearing teeth by means of adhesive material. Bearing teeth preparation is carried out on the defect side within the enamel layer by a half aproximal surface width to tooth equator at an angle of 3-6 deg relative to the path of prosthesis introduction with a groove made along the lower boundary of preparation zone. Then intermediate part is manufactured with longitudinal vertical recess matching the groove level with following continuation along bearing teeth perimeter connecting them and the intermediate part with high-strength thread fixed in bearing teeth grooves and inside of the intermediate part.
