FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: device has string of pump-compressor pipes lowered into well. String of pump-compressor pipes is provided with cylinder containing hollow plunger which is connected by string of rods with sucker rod pump. Axial passage in plunger is closed by stopper, or side openings are made in plunger. At installing stopper, string of rods must have holes with non-return valves. At upward stroke of plunger, pressure of liquid in string is increased. When side openings leave cylinder, sharp pressure discharge takes place which generates pulses in well and these pulses are transmitted to productive bed. Device can be provided with pipeline for branching gas from string of pump-compressor pipes. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device reduces loss of energy at transmitting pulses from string of pump-compressor pipes into well and further to productive bed.
