FIELD: transport engineering; automobile electrical equipment. SUBSTANCE: each automobile light has definite function to warn drivers of vehicle moving in column maneuver, braking of automobile or trouble. If any of warning signals is given, code is formed corresponding to signal function and is transmitted by modulated luminous or non-luminous flux to at least one of other automobiles in column. Code signal is received, decoded and transmitted as warning signal of this automobile which is formed in compliance with adopted code by switching on standard or additional lights in definite combination. Coder of device is connected with additional radiator arranged in rear part of automobile and with rear warning lights. Decoder can be used which is connected to radiator receiving unit and to rear warning lights. EFFECT: reduced number of accidents on roads. 24 cl, 5 dwg
