FIELD: medicine, oncology, preparative biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the human isolated and purified protein oncoinhibin produced by erythroblastoid cells. Oncoinhibin shows an antineoplastic activity against breast carcinoma (MCF-7) and uterus carcinoma HeLa cellular lines and proliferative effect on human prepuce normal fibroblasts. Method of preparing oncoinhibin involves incubation of human erythroblastoid cells (K-562) on media, collection of condition cellular media, isolation and purification of human oncoinhibin.
