FIELD: medicine; physical culture and sports. SUBSTANCE: device has thermoelectronic instrument installed in contact with heat exchangers, temperature regulators with temperature-sensitive elements. Auxiliary heat exchangers made flexible and multisectional in compliance with relief of separated parts of body are connected to heat exchangers of thermoelectronic instrument by means of hoses. They form heat-carrier and cooling-agent circuits along with pump designed to ensure circulation. Auxiliary heat exchanger of heat-carrier circuit is positioned in heat-insulated chamber which may be connected to air-conditioner. Device provides for reduction of time required for setting up the operating more, extension of cooling action temperature range and for variation of cooling action zone.
