FIELD: measurements in corrosive environment. SUBSTANCE: body incorporating movable element mounted for oscillation under action of vortices formed in flow is installed in hole in pipe wall. Hole is sealed with the use of diaphragm reinforced by torsion pin. Part of reduced rigidity is located between ends of body, one of them being directed along flow and used as movable element. Diaphragm with torsion pin is made as single unit with pipe wall and movable element which oscillations are monitored by sensors. EFFECT: high measurement precision under conditions of variable and excessive pressure in pipe-line. 9 cl, 25 dwg
