The receiving side communication device 14 is provided with a wiring substrate 141, an IC 142 for communication being packaged on the wiring board 141, a receiving side antenna 143 being formed on the wiring board 141, and a connection line 144 for connecting the receiving side antenna to the IC 142 for communication. The receiving side antenna 143 and the connection line 144 are formed by a conductive pattern being formed on the wiring board 141.</p>
