<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehensively grasp the positions of airplanes even when the radio wave visibility between the airplane and a control institution is deteriorated. SOLUTION: Small airplanes X and Y which fly at low altitude and large airplanes A and B which fly at high altitude fly above a ground station G which constitutes the control institution and the large airplanes A and B and small airplanes X and Y broadcast FA and FB, and FX and FY of flight monitor information including discrimination data, altitude data, and position data on themselves and repeating airplane distance data to the circumferences. The ground station G is able to receive the FA, FB, and FY of flight monitor information on the large airplanes A and B and small airplane Y having good radio wave visibility, but unable to receive the flight monitor information FX of the small airplane X behind a mountain. For the purpose, the large airplane A which flies higher than the small airplane X temporarily receivers the flight monitor information FX of the small airplane X and repeats and broadcasts the flight monitor information FX to the circumference, and then the ground station G can receive the flight monitor information FX of the small airplane X and checks the altitude data and position data of the flight monitor information FX to securely monitor the altitude and position of the small airplane X.</p> |
