PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the classification of message or caller and to enable display for every classification by partially or entirely using speech recognition in the case of automatic recording. SOLUTION: By partially or entirely using speech recognition 7 in the case of automatic recording, the classification of message or caller is performed and the display for every classification is enabled. Besides, recorded contents classified by using the speech recognition 7 can be transferred for each classification content. This system is provided with a function capable of setting a keyword or the like under remote control even when a user does not stay by the side of a main body in the case of classification.
