PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a planar heating body of improved quality, capable of suppressing increase of operating current at the time of its use. SOLUTION: First and second electrode 2, 3 are disposed such that comb-teeth parts 2a, 3a of the first and second comb-shaped electrodes 2, 3 are arranged alternately on an insulating sheet 1 made of an insulating material, and a conductive high-polymer material made of a high-polymer material containing at least conductive particles is printed, along the arranging direction of the comb-teeth parts 2a, 3a of the first and second electrodes 2, 3, on the insulating sheet 1 having the first and second electrodes 2, 3 formed thereon, thereby forming a heating-body layer. |
