PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the error of the tip ball changeover of a tip ball push-aside condenser accompanying the exchange of an objective lens. SOLUTION: In this microscope, a sample on a stage 3 is irradiated with transmission illumination light through the tip ball push-aside condenser 4 and the objective lens 8 of different magnification is selectively positioned on the observation light path of the sample by a motor-driven revolver 7. In this case, when the objective lens 8 on the observation light path is exchanged by the motor-driven revolver 7, an automatic focus controller 12 judges whether the lens is exchanged from the one for high magnification to the one for low magnification or the other way, based on electric signals inputted from the motor- driven revolver 7, a speaker 14 and an LED 15 outputs an information for pushing-aside the tip ball of the tip ball push-aside condenser 4 in the case of the exchange from the one for the high magnification to the one for the low magnification, and they output the information for putting-in the tip ball of the tip ball push-aside condenser 4 in the case of otherwise. |
