<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intuitively set three or more parameters by displaying a polygonal graphic on a display face, designating a point in the graphic and making the sizes of distances between the designation point and the respective sides of the graphic correspond to the sizes of the respective parameters. SOLUTION: The graphic FR1 of an equilateral triangle is displayed on a screen HG1. The characters of 'color', 'texture' and 'form' are displayed near the sides of the graphic FR1 for showing respective types. Boxes BS1-3 for displaying the values of weights WT1-3 which are set below them are displayed. in the screen HG1, the values of the weights WT1-3 are decided so that the sizes of the distances between the designated point PT and the respective sides of the graphic FR1 correspond to the sizes of the weighs WT1-3 and the total of the three weights WT1-3 becomes '100' when the point PT is designated in the graphic FR1. Namely, the rate (%) of the distances between the point PT and the respective sides of the graphic FR1 is decided to be the values of the weights WT1-3.</p> |
