PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device enabling a user to look at a graphical user interface(GUI) on a display screen and intuitively recognize and operate the GUI. SOLUTION: The device 10 displays plural graphical images 12 constituting the GUI on the display screen 14. A user moves one graphic image 12 to the inside of a selection area 26 by using a jog dial 28 to select the image 12. In this case, the font size of a required graphic image 16 displayed on the selection area 26 is made different from that of the other graphic image 12 so that the image 16 can be distinguished from the other image 12.
