PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable and compact mechanism having a small driving load applied during loading by preventing damage caused by unexpected interference generated during loading between a guide post mounted on a tape guide post transferring means and a rotary head cylinder regarding a mechanism used for a magnetic recording/ reproducing device. SOLUTION: The tip part of an inclined post 46 is provided with a tapered shape 46a in a direction where a diameter is reduced from the lower side of the upper end of a magnetic tape to the upper side of the upper end of the same. Thus, unexpected damage is prevented from being given to a rotary head drum or a head during loading without enlarging a mechanism or increasing a load during loading.
