PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the relative related positions of a latent image carrier and a developer carrier constant so as to prevent uneven density by supporting a positioning member keeping a distance between the latent image carrier and the developer carrier constant on the outside of a bearing fall-off preventing means. SOLUTION: A supporting shaft 431 integrally extended with the developer carrier 430 is rotatably pivotally supported by the flanged bearing 492 fit in the stepped hole of the side wall 423. The positioning member 435 having a large-diameter part 435A and a small-diameter part 435B is movabley fit on the shaft 431 projecting toward the outside of the bearing 492 in a turnable state, and the bearing fall-off preventing body 493A is fixed on the shaft 431 between the bearings 492 and 492. A fall-off preventing body 493B for the member 435 is fixed on the shaft 431 projecting to the outside of the member 435. The outside diameter of the large-diameter part 435A of the member 435 is nearly equal to the outside diameter of the carrier 430. |
