PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly card issuing system facilitating the purchase of a prepaid card. SOLUTION: A user feeds cash to the ticket issuing device part 1 of a card unit 3 and presses down a ticket kind defining button. In response to this, the part 1 transmits the ticket issue requesting signal of the prepaid card of a ticket kind specified by the depressed button to a ticket machine 4. The machine 4 takes out the prepaid card of the ticket kind specified by the received ticket issue request signal, records prescribed information and carries it to the part 1 of the transmission source of the ticket issue request signal through a carrying path. The part 1 fetches the carried prepaid card from a card fetching port and ejects it from a card delivering port to provide the user. In addition, the part 1 ejects thrown-in cash to the carrying path and the machine 4 controls the carrying path to recover cash ejected from the part 1. |
