PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to automatically generate a language expression based on a voice and various actions suitably synchronized with the expression from the meaning contents of the expression. SOLUTION: An instruction string consisting of a character string to be vocalized and an action name including pointing or simulated action allowed to follow the character string is generated from inputted meaning contents by using stored field knowledge (S1), the order of instructions constituting the instruction string is adjusted while considering the correlation of these instructions (S2) and the instructions constituting the adjusted instruction string are successively transferred to a voice synthesizer or a picture plotter at proper timing (S3). The voice synthesizer generates a language expression based on a voice (S4) and the picture plotter generates various actions suitably synchronized with the language expression (S5).
